1) Register at "Let's Get Healthy" where you be part of a community that has the same goals, inspirations, and desires you do for free.
2) Create your own profile, where you can provide information about yourself, and generate your very own "Let's Get Healthy Blog" that you can link into your profile. Allow our community to follow your progression, to give you encouragement when you need it the most.
3) Set your goals each week. Blog about them. Tell us your struggles, and how you overcame them.
4) Set a healthy routine of food management, and exercise.
